Going vegan doesn’t mean giving up sandwiches, there are loads of alternatives to non-vegan sandwiches. In this quick video I show you three of my favourites.

1. Cheese and chutney – I use the Asda Free From Mature Cheddar Alternative which is still fairly new but the best vegan cheddar alternative I’ve come across, it even has the same tang!

2. Stuffing slice and cranberry sauce. I use the Vbites stuffing slices which are SO GOOD!! They go perfectly with cranberry sauce and avocado, I guess it’s a fairly festive sandwich filling but we eat it all year round as it’s so tasty. I find the Vbites slices in my local Morrison’s, they are only £1.37 for a pack too so I always buy loads. If you can’t find these then you could also use Tofurkey turkey style slices or even normal stuffing if you had some left over from a roast dinner. Apparently Quorn are about to release a vegan chicken style deli slice too so that would work too.

3. Mango chutney and houmous. Matt thinks I’m really weird for eating this but they go so well together! The sweetness goes really well with the houmous.
