I don’t track my calories on a daily basis, but for a few recent requests, I decided to by using cronometer.com (which also tracks vitamins, minerals, macros, etc.) and include them into this video! This website is very helpful for new vegans to ensure that their recommended nutritional requirements are being met.

R E C I P E S
Acai Bowl:
1 handful blueberries
1 handful strawberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup plant milk
2 scoops acai powder
Blend until smooth!
Green Smoothie:
2 bananas
Handful of chopped dates
3 handfuls of spinach
1 cup plant milk
Blend!
Bagel Sandwich:
1/2 mashed avocado
1 tbsp tofutti’s cream cheese
Lettuce
Cucumber
Cherry Tomatoes
Whole wheat bagels
Low fat alfredo pasta (@highcarbhannah’s recipe)
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup water
2 cups cauliflower florets
Steamed/sauteed veggies
Boil cauliflower for about 5 mins then blend all ingredients, except for steamed veggies, on high speed until smooth. Feel free to mix in spinach, onions, and your extra veggies!
