Hello everyone! Today I’ll be sharing what I bought from Aldi to make some easy plant based meals for the week. On this weeks meal plan I made some berry/ yogurt parfaits, veggie burgers, refried black bean tacos, quinoa and white beans in the instant pot, and huge salads for dinner!

Other ingredients I used that I already had in stock – kite hill yogurt, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, spices, condiments and nut milks.
