Blueberry Yogurt by Suprava Treats – Quick and Healthy Vegetarian Dessert Recipe – Eggless Desserts

Ingredients for Blueberry compote:-
300 gm (11 oz) Blueberries
120 gm (4 oz) Castor Sugar

Ingredients for Blueberry Yogurt:-
250 gm (8.8 oz) Fresh Cream
200 gm (7oz) Condensed Milk
400 gm (14 oz) Plain Probiotic Yogurt/ Hung Curd
1.5 tblsp Corn Flour OR Plain Flour
1 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest

For the replacement of Probiotic yogurt:-
Take 750 gm (26 oz) Plain Yogurt/ Curd, strain the water til 4-5 hours to get approx 400 gm (14 oz) of Hung Curd

For garnishing – Fresh Mint Leaves
