I have been making this banana bread SO many times lately It is easy, healthy, moist and DELICIOUS! Plus it’s gluten free & oil free.
I love popping mine into the freezer and then just reheat in a toaster and have it as it is or with coconut yogurt + berries or why not add some peanut butter Perfect plant based snack or breakfast.
