Ingredients for Ragi Dosa: (Makes 8 dosa)

Ragi Flour (Finger Millet / Nachni) – 1 cup (120 g.)
Rava (Suji/Semolina) – 2 Tbsp. (optional)
Salt – ½ Tsp.
Water – 3 cups
Onions – Finely chopped, ½ cup
Green chilli – 1 or 2
Ginger – grated, 1 Tbsp.
Coriander leaves – 2 Tbsp.
Curry leaves – 10
Cumin/ Jeera – ½ Tsp.
Oil/Ghee
