In this video I’m going to be showing you some really simple and easy snack swaps that will help you in your weight loss journey.

If you’re overweight right now it’s because at SOME POINT you’ve been in a calorie surplus, so the only way you’re going to lose that pesky fat you want gone is to get into a calorie deficit.
This isn’t easy though because high calorie processed foods add up quickly and even when eating in small or moderate amounts you can easily get out of a deficit.
Hear me out, you don’t need to count calories to get into a calorie deficit, you just need to reduce from your starting point NOW.

You can do this using calorie density.
(Search it on YouTube and you’ll find lot’s of helpful resources!!)
This is how I’ve lost 40 pounds and been able to keep it off, without going hungry or doing any crazy exercise routine!
