1 cup methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
1 to 1.5 cup shelled green peas
1/3 nutmeg, ½ tsp black peppercorns, 1 cinnamon stick, 6 cardamoms, 1 black cardamom, 6-7 cloves, ½ tsp fennel seeds (saunf), ½ mace.
2 green chilies, slit
10-12 shallots, sliced
½ inch ginger
4-5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp wood pressed groundnut oil
A handful of cashewnuts
1 table spoon raisins
½ tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
2-3 tbsp water
1 bay leaf
Pink Himalayan salt as needed
Juice of half of a lemon
