This recipe is easy to make vegan. Just substitute the Ghee with Oil of your choice!
-2 Cups Kidney Beans, Soaked for 6 hours or overnight
-2 Tbsp Ghee (or oil of choice)
-3 Cups of Onions, finely chopped
-2 Cups Tomatoes, finely chopped
-3-4 Green Chilies, finely chopped
-1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
-1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
-2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
-2 Tsp Salt (or according to your taste)
-1 Tsp Turmeric
-1 Tsp Garam Masala
-4-6 Cups Water (depending on how thick or thin you like it)
-1/2 cup Cilantro or Coriander Leaves, finely chopped (optional)
