Peanut Butter & Chocolate Banana Bread
The best of all the flavors come together in this tasty gluten-free vegan recipe! Definitely one of my top 5 faves!
Peanut Butter & Chocolate Banana Bread!🥜
Make them as muffins or a loaf, and top w/ a drizzle of pb and cacao nibs!
🤎 2.5 cups oat flour
🤎 1/3 cup cacao powder
🤎 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
🤎 1 tsp baking powder
🤎 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
🤎 2 tbsp flax (ground & mixed w/ 6 tbsp water)
🤎 7 soaked pitted medjool dates (blended into date paste)
🤎 1/3 cup peanut butter
🤎 4 super ripe mashed bananas
🤎 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then combine. Pour batter into muffin trays and bake for 20-25min OR 30-45min in mini loaf pans!
2.Ready to remove from oven when toothpick can be inserted into middle and come out clean!
