Hey Guys! In this video, we describe all the reasons we decided to adopt a whole food plant based (“WFPB”) diet for health reasons and to lose weight. We describe our weight loss journey and discovering the book Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, who advocates a “nutritarian” diet. We talk about the way we feel that it’s benefited us, and some of the issues and stigma we deal with eating this way. We also talk about some of our candid criticisms of the ethical vegan movement, and offer advice for people who are trying to get started losing weight or feeling more healthy on a plant based diet.
