Cake Batter Smoothie
2 frozen bananas
1.5 cups walnut milk
1 serving lean vanilla protein powder
1 date

Lemon Blueberry Yogurt Bowl
1 serving lemon elderflower coconut yogurt
lemon zest

Japanese SP Fries & Wasabi Aioli
3-4 japanese sweet potatoes, small dressed with 2 tbsp oil of choice
sea salt, to taste
1.5 tbsp vegan plain or garlic mayo
1 tsp wasabi paste
spring onion, garnish

Tofu Salmon
1 serving extra firm tofu, soaked
soak: kombu (optional), 2 tsp beet root powder, 2 tsp turmeric juice
yuzu juice
apple cider vinegar
brown or white miso paste
coconut aminos, soy sauce, or tamari

Tofu Scramble
1 tbsp garlic oil, or oil of choice
3- 4oz firm tofu
1/4 garlic, onion, paprika, and turmeric powder
salt & white pepper to taste
tomato, optional

Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
2 cups strawberries
1 cup rhubarb
2 tbsp sweetener of choice
half lemon, juiced

Roasted Vegetables
1 bundle asparagus
1 eggplant, medium
1yellow onion, small
1 tbsp coconut aminos
salt & pepper to taste

Roasted Garlic Hummus
15oz or 1 can chickpeas
4-5 roasted garlic cloves
1/4 cup water
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 tsp cumin
salt & pepper to taste
drizzle olive oil over freshly served hummus platter

Za’atar Lentils
1 & 3/4 cups vegetable stock
1 cup spouted brown lentils or lentils of choice
2-3 tsp za’atar
1-2 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

Iced Matcha Chai Tea Latte
2 tsp matcha powder
4 – 5oz hot water
1/2 tsp chai powder
6oz oat milk
1 tbsp agave, vanilla simple syrup, or sweetener of choice
dash of cinnamon

Vegan Tzatziki
5oz kite hill greek style dairy-free yogurt or yogurt of choice
2-3 tbsp grated cucumber, peeled
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 lemon, juiced
handful of fresh dill, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Protein Pancakes
2 tbsp protein powder
1/3 cup pancake mix
splash of oat milk
enough water to achieve desired consistency
1 tbsp strawberry rhubarb jam
fresh fruit, garnish
maple syrup or agave
