For so many people, when they go from “meat eater” to vegetarian they worry that they’ll have to sacrifice flavor for their new diet.
This recipe solves that dilemma- in fact, I would eat these over traditional greens.

This is by far one of my most requested recipes. So many of my supporters have transitioned to a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. And while that isn’t my chosen diet- I want to give you some good food to enjoy!
